摘　　要：针对目前溶剂型防腐涂料的环境污染问题,本研究以双酚A环氧树脂为基料,通过添加纳米填料及助剂等,采用聚醚胺为固化剂,开发出一种具有厚涂、防腐性能优异、附着力强、耐冲击性好等特点的无溶剂环氧防腐涂料,可广泛应用于船舶、石油化工等领域。In order to prevent environmental pollution from solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive coatings,a novel high impact solvent-free epoxy coating with excellent anti-corrosion performance and high adhesion has been developed.The coating was prepared by blending bisphenol A epoxy and polyethenoxyamines curing agent with the addition of nano-filler and additives.It can be widely used in ship and petrochemical.
