陕西农民信息需求现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：对陕西各地627户农民信息需求现状及影响因素的实证研究发现:农民信息需求满足率不高,农村信息资源配置不合理。根据调查结论,各级地方政府和农村自治组织,需要从以下方面加以改进:坚持信息公平原则,为农民提供平等的信息获取权利;建立以政府为主导的合理信息资源配置体系;利用人际网络树立正确的信息引导;细化地域特征,提供针对性信息服务;重视农民生理卫生信息需求等,以改善陕西农民信息需求。Through an empirical study of current situation and influence factors of information demand of 627 farmers in Shaanxi province, it finds that the rate of meeting the information needs of farmers is not enough, and the allocation of information resources is irrational. According to the results of investigation, local government and autonomous organizations in rural areas should be improved from the following aspects： holding fair information principles for providing farmers with equal rights of access information; establishing the correct information guiding by way of interpersonal networks; providing targeted information services by refinement geographical features; paying attention to physiological and health information needs for improving the information needs on farmers in Shaanxi province.
