摘　　要：提高农民收入,推动"三农"问题的解决,一直是党和政府最为关心的民生问题。五常大米事件是近年来较为典型的基于农产品市场竞争秩序被破坏,而导致农民利益遭受巨大损害的实例,个中折射出我国农业市场由于缺乏有效竞争而面临的挑战。为此有必要结合农业生产经营活动的特点、农民专业合作组织的功能以及农民生产经营者自身素质等因素,从农业产业法与综合性竞争法相协调的层面,及时消解由于竞争文化缺失与竞争监管缺位引发的现实或潜在的危害。It is the key point for our Party and Government to improve the farmer＇s income and resolute Sannong Problems. Wuchang Rice Event reflects the challenges to agricultural market due to the lack competition order which impoverishes the farmers＇s interests. Upon the above mentioned, it is urgent for us resolute the lack of competition culture and disability of competition regulation in agricultural industry based on equilibrium of the relationship on agriculture laws and competition laws. the of to the
