术前同步放疗、化疗联合八珍汤辅助治疗食管癌疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析术前同步放疗、化疗联合术后加用八珍汤辅助治疗食管癌的疗效。方法:将68例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。对照组患者单纯使用术前放疗、化疗加手术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上于术后加用八珍汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、生质量评分、不良反应发生率等差异。结果:观察组治疗后的生存率、生活质量明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前同步放疗、化疗联合八珍汤可有效提高手术疗效及患者的生活质量,减少不良反应的发生。Objective ： Analyze the curative effect of preoperative synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with TCM trigeminy balance auxiliary therapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods ：68 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given preoperative radiotherapy and chemothera- py combined with surgery. The observation group was given postoperative Balian decoction based on the control group. Compare the ther- apeutic effect, life quality score, incidence of adverse reactions, etc. Results ： The survival and life quality of observation group were obviously higher than that of control group after treatment. The difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Preoperative synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with Balian soup can effectively improve the curative effect and life quality as well as reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
