背腧穴注射式埋线治疗缓解期支气管哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察背腧穴注射式埋线治疗缓解期支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:对120例成年哮喘缓解期患者予以背腧穴注射式埋线治疗,将治疗前后观察指标作对比。结果:治疗后疗效、年复发次数明显优于治疗前;肺通气功能与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:背腧穴注射式埋线疗法可改善哮喘患者的呼吸道症状及肺通气功能,在预防及治疗支气管哮喘方面有良好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the acupoints injection type embedded wire back the clinical curative effect of treating bronchial asthma remission. Methods： 120 cases of adult patients with asthma remission give back injection type buried line treatment, acupoints will compare observation indexes before and after treatment. Results：After treatment, the curative effect in recurrence rate is better than before treatment; Lung ventilation function compared with before treatment, the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupoints injection type buried back line therapy in a certain extent,improve respiratory symptoms in patients with asthma and pulmo- nary ventilation function,in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma have good clinical curative effect.
