摘　　要：目的:总结傅汝梅教授治疗慢性咳嗽的经验。方法:通过跟师学习,结合典型验案总结傅汝梅教授对慢性咳嗽的认识及治疗方法。结果:傅汝梅认为慢性咳嗽多由情志失调、外感六淫、劳累过度、饮食不节等引起。治疗上要注重调畅气机、辨病与辨证相结合、善用虫类药和擅用黎医黎药。结论:傅汝梅教授治疗慢性咳嗽疗效显著。Objective：To summarize the experience of Professor Fu Rumei in treating chronic cough. Methods：Summary the understanding and treatment of chronic cough through learning with teacher combined with the typical test ease. Results ： Fu Rumei considers the chronic cough caused by emotion-thought disorders, exogenous pathogenic factor, overworked, eating and drinking without temperance, etc. Treatment should pay attention to adjusting air tank, combination of disease and syndrome differentiation, make use of Li medicine. Conclusion The treatment of chronic cough by Professor Fu Rumei has obvious therapeutic effect.
