芪苈强心胶襄治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:将84例患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组患者根据慢性CHF治疗指南给予常规的抗CHF治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上予芪苈强心胶囊治疗,每次4粒,每日3次。观察两组患者的临床疗效,并在治疗前及治疗4周后行心脏彩色多普勒超声心动图、6分钟步行试验及明尼苏达生活量表等疗效性指标记录和分析。结果:治疗组有效率为92.86%,对照组有效率为90.48%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后心功能明显提高,6 min步行距离明显增加,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性CHF疗效满意,能增强心肌收缩力、改善心功能。Objective：to investigate the stilbene Li strong heart capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure （CHF） of clinical efficacy. Methods ：84 patients according to random number table method can be divided into the treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group. Control group according to guide to conventional therapy for chronic heart failure patients with heart failure treatment, the treatment group patients on the basis of this to the stilbene Li strong heart capsule treatment,4 softgels, 3 times a day. To observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, and in the heart before and 4 weeks after treatment of color doppler echocardiography,6 mi- nutes walk test and Minnesota life scale curative effect index records and analysis. Results：the treatment group effective rate was 92. 86% ,the control effectiveness is 90.48% , compared two groups of efficient, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Treatment group HouXin function improved obviously ,6 minutes walking distance ,significantly increased compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：stilbene Li effect strong heart capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure can enhance myocardial contraction force, improve heart function.
