中药直肠滴入法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药直肠滴入法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将100例溃疡性结肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用中药保留灌肠,治疗组采用中药直肠滴入法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率96.00%,对照组有效率为78.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎采用中药直肠滴入法治疗,对肠壁刺激小,保留时间长,治疗效果明显,操作简单。Objective ：To study the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine rectum instillation in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods ：100 cases with ulcerative colitis were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table,50 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine retention enema and the treatment group was given Chinese medicine rectum instillation. Results ：The effective rate was 96.00% in treatment group and 78.00% in control group. Compared the effective power of two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine rectum instillation in treating ulcerative colitis has small stimulus for intestinal wall with long retention time, obvious effect is obvious and simple operation.
