紫草油治疗智齿冠状周围炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药紫草油外用治疗智齿冠状周围炎(智齿冠周炎)的临床疗效。方法:将100例智齿冠周炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组单纯用清洁消毒双氧水和生理盐水冲洗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药紫草油外用。结果:对照组有效率为78%,治疗组有效率为100%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫草油外用治疗智齿冠周炎的疗效显著。Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine Zicao oil for external use in the treatment of wisdom tooth pericoronitis. Methods ： 100 cases of wisdom tooth pericoronitis were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method ,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with merely disinfection of hydrogen peroxide and physiological saline. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Zicao oil for external use based on the control group. Results ：The effective rate was 78% in control group and 100% in treatment group. Compared the efficient of two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The external use of Zicao oil has significant curative effect for wisdom tooth pericoronitis.
