摘　　要：目的:总结针灸治疗痤疮的研究进展。方法:从综合疗法、针刺、灸法、自血疗法、腹针配合火针、耳针、刺络拔罐、体针加耳针、针灸配合刺络放血等方面总结治疗痤疮的研究进展。结果:运用各种疗法治疗痤疮可取得满意效果。结论:针灸治疗痤疮安全、无不良反应且疗效显著。Objective：To summarize the research progress of acupuncture therapy for treatment of acne. Methods：Summarize the research progress in treating acne through comprehensive therapy, acupuncture, moxibustion, autohemotherapy, abdomen needle with fire needle, auricular needle, venesection ventouse, body acupuncture plus auricular needle, acupuncture combined with venesection bloodletting, etc. Results：Use various treatments for acne to obtain satisfied effect. Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy has no adverse reaction and distinct curative effect for acne.
