摘　　要：目的:探讨挑刺疗法治疗内科及骨科疾病的临床疗效。方法:通过查阅近几年的有关文献,归纳总结挑刺疗法对内科及骨科临床常见病的治疗。结果:相关文献显示,挑刺疗法治疗内科及骨科常见病,具有满意疗效,多数患者均已治愈,治愈率达90%以上。结论:挑刺疗法应用于临床体现中医临床辨证论治的重要性,反映了中医针灸学的有效性、实用性。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of prick-acupuncture therapy in the treatment of internal medicine and orthopedic diseases. Methods：Summarize the prick-acupuncture therapy in treating common diseases in internal medicine and orthopedic by co suiting the literatures in recent years. Results：The prick-acupuncture therapy of common diseases in internal medicine and orthopedic has a satisfied curative effect according to relevant literature. The majority of patients have been cured with more than 90% of cure rate. Conclusion：The clinical application of prick-acupuncture manifests the importance of TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and the effectivity and practicability of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.
