中西医结合治疗重症肩关节周围炎临床研究  

Clinical Study of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Severe Case Periarthritis of Shoulder

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗重症肩关节周围炎(肩周炎)的疗效。方法:将150例患者按照随机数字表法为中医对照组、西医对照组和中西医结合治疗组,每组各50例。中医对照组应用小针刀及推拿治疗,西医对照组采用痛点药物注射、关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,中西医结合治疗组治疗方法为上述两组的结合。结果:3组治疗后各项指标评分均显著高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后日常活动及活动范围评分、肌力评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈率为86%,中医对照组治愈率为56%,西医对照组治愈率为52%,治疗组治愈率与中医对照组、西医对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为100%,中医对照组、西医对照组分别为94%、90%,各组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组均无严重不良反应发生。结论:中西医综合治疗重症肩周炎疗效好。Objective：To observe the curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of severe case periarthritis of shoulder. Methods ：150 patients were divided into TCM control group,western medicine control group and integrated TCM -WM treatment group,50 cases in each group. The TCM control group was treated with small needle knife and massage therapy. The western medicine control group was treated with pain spot drug injection and articular cavity injection of Hyaluronate Sodium. The integrated TCM - WM treatment group was given all the above. Results ： Each index scores in three groups was significantly higher than that of before treatment（ P 〈0.05 ）. The routine activities and activities score and myodynamia score in treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatment group the cure rate was 86% in integrated TCM -WM treatment group,56% in TCM control group and 52% western medicine control group. Compared the cure rate in treatment group with control group ,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05 ）. The effective rate was 100% in treatment group,94% in TCM control group and 90% in western medicine control group respectively. Compared of the three groups, there was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were no severe adverse reaction occurred in all groups. Conclusion ： Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has good curative effect for severe case periarthritis of shoulder.
