摘　　要：主要介绍湘钢“十一五”后期发展规划技术改造生产线的生产规模、原料及产品、工艺布置、主要设备参数，同时论述该生产线的生产工艺及技术特点。The production capacity, raw materials and products, process layout, the main equipment parameters of technical reconstruction product line, were introduced, which is supported by the Xiangtan Iron and Steel ＂1 lth Five- Year＂ later development plan. And the production process and technical features were also disscussed.
