摘  要:为研究糖尿病患者在不同的病程中肾动态显像的变化规律,从而为该病的诊断和治疗提 供重要的依据,对40例正常人和98例糖尿病患者276个肾脏的99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像资料进 行分析。按照病程长短将糖尿病患者分成病程<1年、 1—5年和≥5年3组。依据99mTc-DTPA 肾动态显像等检查资料;将肾功能分成正常、大致正常、Ⅰ度受损、Ⅱ度受损和Ⅱ度受损5 级,以此进行资料统计和分析。结果表明,肾功能受损程度与糖尿病病程明显相关,主要表现 为病程越长,肾功能受损就越重,3组之间的资料存在着显著性差异(P<0.01)。在23.5%的糖 尿病患者中,有明显的肾盂和/或肾盏的放射性滞留,肾图亦出现“阶梯状曲线”。说明 99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像能较好评价糖尿病患者的肾功能损害情况,对糖尿病患者的临床分 期有较好的辅助诊断价值,提示糖尿病患者可能容易导致尿路感染而加重肾功能损害。To investigate the regularity of renal dynamic imaging in the various courses of diabetes mellitus, and then to provide the important evidence variety for diagnosis and treatment. The data of renal dynamic imaging was analyzed on 276 kidneys of 40 normal and 98 diabetic patients, and according to course of disease, the diabetic patients was divided into three groups: ≤1 year, 1-5 year and ≥5 year respectively. Based upon was grouped 99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging and others, the renal functions into normal, approximately normal, Ⅰ, Ⅱand Ⅲ injury respectively, and the statistics and analysis of these data were caned out. The extent of renal function injury was related to the course of diseace significantly, and it showed that the longer the course, the heavier the damage of renal function, and there was a significant difference between them (P<0.01). There was radioactive retention in pelvis and/or calyxes in 23.5% patients together with' a stepwise curve' on renogram. 99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging can effectively evaluate the extent of renal functions injury and was also valuable for the clinical. Also, the study indicated that in diabetic patients susceptible to urinary tract infection could aggravate the injury of renal function.
