摘　　要：10MW高温气冷实验堆 (HTR- 10)是一座球床型反应堆，燃料元件的装卸和循环不需要停堆，由燃料元件装卸系统自动实现。为保证 HTR- 10的正常运行，燃料元件装卸系统必须安全可靠运行。为此，控制系统根据 HTR- 10燃料装卸系统热实验装置控制系统的设计和运行经验，采用了欧姆龙 (OMRON)C 200H可编程控制器 (PLC)作为核心部件。本文介绍了控制系统的设计方案、控制过程和 PLC控制的特点以及用其实现装卸料系统的自动运行、状态监控、故障诊断和报警等功能。10MW high temperature gas- cooled reactor (HTR- 10) is a bed type of reactor.Spherical fuel elements are used in this reactor.It isn't necessary to shut down for the handling and cycle of the fuel elements.The fuel handling system automatically performs the handling and cycle of the fuel element.In order to ensure the HTR- 10 run normally,the fuel handling system must work safely and reliably.Therefore,the control system of the fuel handling system is based on the design and operation experience of the control system of the hot testing facility of HTR- 10 fuel cycle system,and uses OMRON C 200H programmable logical controller (PLC) as a kernel part.This paper introduces the design plan and control process of the control system and the characteristics of PLC control.The automatic run of the handling system,state monitor,fault diagnosis and alarm et al is realized by means of the PLC.
