摘  要:钛合金管材弯曲成形是一项复杂的型材成形技术,尤其是薄壁小弯曲半径管材,内弧起皱和外弧拉裂、减薄等成形缺陷很难克服。针对某型发动机钛合金薄壁管件的特点,采用推弯成形工艺,并通过试验获得了满足设计要求的零件。结果表明,推弯成形工艺很好解决了钛合金薄壁小弯曲半径管材外弧减薄、断裂等问题,成形零件精度高,表面质量好。The bending process of titanium alloy tube is a quite complex technology. According to the tube with thin-walled and small radius, it is difficult to avoid the defects which include inner-wall wrinkling, outer-wall tensile crack and wall thinning. On the basis of the titanium alloy thin-walled tube of the aeroengine, the push-bending technology is proposed and the part is manu- facted successfully through engineer test. The results prove that push-bending technology can solve the problem such as inner-wall wrinkling, outer-wall tensile crack of tita- nium alloy tube with the features of thin-walled and small radius. The part has good surface quality.
