摘  要:提出一种考虑指标质量影响权重的电能质量综合评估方法,该方法采用模糊数学中的模糊隶属度方法将各电能质量指标以统一量纲规范化,运用D-S证据理论确定层次分析法的判断矩阵元素,然后计算各指标的主观权重。在确定主观权重后,考虑各指标质量对权重的影响,建立以指标隶属度函数值对指标主观权重修正量的函数模型,最后结合反映决策者对各指标偏爱性的主观权重和各指标对权重的修正量确定各指标最终的权重大小。算例可以看出该评估方法通过对不同评估对象和方案确定指标质量对权重的影响模型,能很好地解决不同对象和方案的特殊要求。The method of power quality comprehensive evaluation considering the indexes' influence on weights has been proposed in this paper. The membership method of fuzzy mathematics is used to normalize power quality indexes with the same dimension, and the D-S evidence theory is adopted to determine AHP judgment matrix elements, then the subjective weights of indexes are calculated. Considering power quality's influence on weight of each index after de- termining the subjective weights, the function model considering the influence of indexes' fuzzy membership value on indexes' subjective weights have been built, finally the weight of each index is defined according to subjective weight of each index which reflects decision makers' preference and the influence degree of each index. The example shows that this method can fulfill special requirements for different objects and projects through building the function models considering index quality's influence on weights for different objects and projects.
