摘  要:可实现能源梯级利用的冷热电蓄能联供系统具有效率高、经济效益好、环境友好等优点,是能源利用的重要发展方向之一。文中分析了一种包含光伏发电的冷热电蓄能联供系统的优化调度方法,以系统的购电成本、燃料成本、分布式能源等年值成本及年运行维护成本作为优化调度目标,结合一天当中的分时电价,同时考虑了设备运行约束、冷热电功率平衡约束等约束条件。采用线性整数规划方法,以深圳某办公大楼为背景进行联供系统的优化调度。结果表明,加入光伏发电的冷热电蓄能联供微网系统能够寻找到低成本、低碳排放的运行方案,在经济调度、节能减排以及提高能源利用率等方面都具有重要意义。Combined cooling heating and power (CCHP) has the advantages of high efficiency for energy cascade uti- lization, the better economic benefit, environment friendly. It is one of the important developments of energy utiliza- tion. This paper analyzes the optimization scheduling method of CCHP with photovohaic power generation. The target function of the system includes the electricity purchasing cost, fuel cost, distributed energy cost, annual cost and maintenance cost. With the combination of time-of-use electricity price during the day, the constraints of equipment running, balance of cold, hot and electric power and so on are considered. By applying the mixed integer linear pro- gramming method, the optimal schedule is carried out based on an office building at Shenzhen. The results show that the system of CCHP with photovohaic power generation can find the lowest cost and the operation plan of the lowest carbon emissions. It is important to the economic dispatching, energy conservation and emissions reduction and energy efficiency.
