常压重油减压预闪蒸工艺流程的设计与实践

摘  要:主要介绍在原油蒸馏装置的常压塔和减压炉之间,增设一个减压预闪蒸塔,预闪蒸油气直接进入减压塔上部,可减少减压炉的负荷、提高减压塔的处理能力;通过工艺流程模拟、工艺和设备的研究分析、设计,成功应用在实际生产装置改造中,使原装置减压处理能力提高约30%。该工艺用于旧装置减压扩能和节能改造,具有投资小、占地小、设备改造量少和停工周期短等特点。A vacuum flashing column is added between atmospheric column and vacuum furnace,so that the decompressed flashing oil gas can be directly sent to the upper section of vacuum column to reduce the load of vacuum furnace and increase the capacity of vacuum column.Based on process simulation and the research,analysis and design of process and equipment,this process was successfully applied in actual unit revamping,and the capacity of the vacuum column was boosted by 30%.Featured by low investment,small floor space,minor equipment modification and short shutdown period,this process can be used in the vacuum capacity expansion and energy saving modification of existing units.
