摘　　要：本实验室从江西南昌一菜园土中分离到一株芽孢杆菌 ,通过形态、生理生化等表型特征的鉴定 ,与文献报道的相近的其它菌株的表型特征比较 ,认为该菌为一种硅酸盐细菌 ,分类属于胶质芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusmu cilaginosus)。A strain of Bacillus had been isolated from a garden soil of Nanchang.The phenotype characferistics of the morphology, physiology and many biochemical tests had been idenfified. In comparsion of these phenotype characferistics with related Bacillus SPP,the isolated bacferium is a silicate bacterium.It is a strain of Bacillus mucilaginosus.
