摘  要:目的研究肠道细菌总数与2型糖尿病之间的相关性。方法以肠道细菌的葡萄糖消耗为定量依据,计算出肠道细菌总数,比较对照组、糖尿病前期组、2型糖尿病(T2DM)组间肠道细菌葡萄糖消耗量的差异,分析其与糖尿病发生的关系。结果对照组、糖尿病前期组、T2DM组肠道细菌总数分别为(6.25~8.77)×1010/g、(4.87~7.26)×1010/g、(2.79~5.09)×1010/g,肠道细菌数量与胰岛素抵抗指数呈负相关(r=-0.95)。结论肠道细菌总数减少与2型糖尿病的发生密切相关。Objective To study the correlation between the total number of intestinal bacteria and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The quantitative analysis was based on the amount of glucose consumption in bacterial culture.The total number of intestinal bactera was calculated.The amount of glucose consumption was compared between groups,including control group,pre-diabetes group,and type 2 diabetes mellitus group.Its correlation with type 2 diabetes mellitus were analyzed.Results The number of intestinal bacteria in the control group、pre-diabetes group、type 2 diabetes mellitus group were (6.25-8.77)×1010/g,(4.87-7.26)×1010/g,(2.79-5.09)×1010/g,respectively,and negatively correlated with diabetes resistance index.CConclusion The total number reduction of intestinal bacteria is closely related to the incidence of type 2 diabetes.
