摘　　要：轨道交通路网评价与城市道路网、公路网、公交网络的评价体系明显不同。为了在轨道交通路网规划方案中择取最优方案 ,采用定性和定量相结合的方法 ,针对轨道交通这一交通方式的特点 ,建立了路网规划技术评价体系 ,对相应指标做了说明和示例分析。该评价体系可用于指导城市规划部门评价、规划轨道网 ,为相关部门提供决策依据 ;同时 ,各城市可针对自身城市特点做相应的指标选择 。Evaluation for urban rail transportation networks (URTN) includes three main points: financial analysis, national economic analysis and technical evaluation. Since URTN is different from other urban transportation modes, this paper mainly deals with the system of URTN technical evaluation indexes. Using the method of systems analysis, it points out that the URTN technical evaluation system should comprise four aspects, i.e., demand evaluation, supply evaluation, network characteristics analysis and sustainable development evaluation. Meanwhile, qualitative and quantitative methods are combined to discuss the indexes and analyze them with examples. The system of evaluation indexes and the calculation method proposed in this paper are valuable for URTN planning both in theory and in practice.
