摘　　要：在铁路运输法规的计算机管理及咨询方面进行了深入的研究 ,提出了意群的概念 ,在数学上定义了关联。在此基础上为计算机实现描述了关联搜索的数学模型及数据结构 。The computer management and consulting system for railway transportation laws and regulation is studied in depth. The concept of 'meaning cluster' is put forward, and the correlation is mathematically defined. On this basis the mathematics model and data structure of correlation searching for computer realization are described, and finally an algorithm is presented.
