摘 要:分析了特产于北美西部的松科 (Pinaceae)铁杉属 (Tsuga)大果铁杉组 (Sect.HesperopeuceEngelm )的代表种大果铁杉T .mertensiana的核型 ,它有 10对中部和 2对近中着丝粒染色体组成 ,属 2A类型 .比较了铁杉属 10个种的核型 ,发现将该属分成长苞铁杉亚属 (包括长苞铁杉组、大果铁杉组 )和铁杉亚属 (铁杉组 )比较合适 ,它们的进化顺序可能是长苞铁杉组、大果铁杉组、铁杉组 .这些结论也得到形态学和解剖学等资料的支持 .The karyotype of Tsuga mertensiana , endemic to the west of North America and belonging to Sect. Hesperopeuce Engelm, Genus Tsuga , Family Pinaceae, was analyzed for the fist time. The chromosomes in root tip somatic cells of the plant were found to be 24(2 n ) with 10 pairs of median and 2 pairs of submedian chromosomes. The karyotype belongs to “2A” of Stebbins (1971). The karyotypes of the ten representative species in Tsuga were compared and it was found to be appropriate to divide Tsuga into Sect. Heopeuce Keng et Keng f., Sect. Hesperopeuce Engelm. and Sect. Tsuga . Among the ten species, T. Longibrateata was the most primitive one, while T. Mertensiana was more closely related to it and the species in Sect. Tsuga were most advanced. These conclusions were also supported by the data from morphology, anatomy and so on.
