摘 要:[目的]揭示硅在玉米自交系耐盐生理中的作用与机制,为硅的施用及在盐碱条件下改善作物的生长提供参考。[方法]以玉米自交系黄早四为材料,采用蛭石培养法,浇灌1/2霍格兰营养液,在幼苗三叶一心期进行150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫处理,同时添加不同浓度的硅(Na2SiO3·9H2O),测定玉米幼苗的株高、鲜重和干重及其各自的变化率,研究它对玉米幼苗生长的影响。[结果]各个指标均在硅浓度为3 mmol/L时表现最优。[结论]在玉米苗期添加适宜浓度的硅可以适当缓解玉米自交系的盐胁迫。[ Objective] The effects and mechanisms of Si on the salt tolerance physiology of maize inbred line were revealed to provide the refer- ence for the growth under the condition of Si application and salt and alkali stress. [ Method] A Vermiculite as watering 1/2 hoagland nutrient so- lution culture was conduced to study the effect of different concentration of Si4+ (Na2SiO3 ~ 9H20) under 150 mmol/L concentration NaC! stress on the maize inbred line-Huang Zaosi, the height, [i'esh weight, dry weight, the height rate of change, fresh weight of change, and dryweight. [ Result] The indicators pex^formance was obvious when the concentration of Si4+ was 3 mmmol/L. [ Conclusion] The appropriate Si4+ supply could enhance the tolerance in maize growing in salt stress.
