湖北省中小流域山洪临界面雨量计算方法及应用

摘　　要：利用湖北省2000～2010年汛期逐日降水资料及相关中小流域及病险水库水文资料,开展了中小流域及水库临界面雨量计算方法研究,建立了动态的临界面雨量计算公式,并结合2011年汛期应用情况,对该方法进行了效果检验.结果表明,该方法对中小流域及水库防洪起到很好的预报效果.Abstract Using daily precipitation data and hydrological data of small river basin and dilapidated reservoirs in flood period in Hubei Province from 2000 to 2010, the calculation method for precipitation was researched, the formula of calculating the critical surface precipitation was built. Combined with the application of the method, the results showed that this method has good effect on the disaster prevention and control on the mountain torrents of small river basin and dilapidated reservoirs.
