摘  要:[目的]消除废水中铁离子对生化需氧量测定的干扰。[方法]针对铁离子的化学特征,向含铁废水中分别加入酒石酸钠、氟化钾和EDTA 3种掩蔽剂,对比分析不同掩蔽剂对铁离子的掩蔽效果。[结果]当废水中铁离子浓度超过3.00 mg/L时,将干扰碘量法测定生化需氧量。3种掩蔽剂中,氟化钾的掩蔽效果最好,2.00 ml 40%氟化钾可掩蔽的铁离子浓度不超过1 500 mg/L。[结论]废水中加入2.00 ml 40%氟化钾溶液,来消除铁离子对废水中生化需氧量测定的干扰是可行的。Abstract [ Objective ] The study aimed to eliminate the interference of iron ion to biochemical oxygen demand determination of waste water. [ Method ] According to the chemical characteristics of iron ion, three shelter agents ( sodium tartrate, potassium fluoride and EDTA) were added to waste water to compare their shelter effects on iron ion. [ Result~ Determination of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) using iodometric meth- od will be affected when iron ion concentration in waste water is more than 3.00 mg/L. Among the three shelter agents, potassium fluoride has the best shelter effect on iron ion, and less than 1 500 mg/L iron ion can be sheltered by 2.00 ml of 40% potassium fluoride. [ Conclusion] It is feasible to add 2.00 ml of 40% potassium fluoride to waste water to eliminate the interference of iron ion to biochemical oxygen demand deter- mination of waste water.
