储存期片烟失重规律及标准研究

摘　　要：[目的]探寻打叶复烤成品烟箱在储存期间重量变化规律。[方法]通过对不同等级、不同季节短期储存的片烟烟箱重量变化情况进行试验,探讨烟箱失重规律及原因。[结果]试验表明,烟箱重量变化与环境相对湿度有一定相关性;同一等级烟叶在不同环境条件下,失重程度有所不同,环境湿度越低烟箱失重越多;在同一环境条件下,不同等级烟叶之间失重有差异,低等级失重相对较多;包装纸箱与片烟之间失重也有差异,包装纸箱失重相对较少。[结论]研究可为解决工商企业因片烟产品失重引发的矛盾纠纷提供参考依据。Abstract [ Objective] To study the weight variation law of threshing and redrying cigarette case during storage period. I Method] Experiment was conducted on different grade and different season short-term storage piece tobacco weight variation, the weightlessness law and causes were discussed. [ Result] The experiment showed that tobacco case weight variation has a certain correlation with environment relative humidity; The same grade tobacco in different environment conditions, the weightlessness degree is different, the more weightlessness with the lower of humidi- ty ; Under the same environment, the weightlessness of different grades tobacco is different, low grade weightlessness is more ; The weightlessness between packaging case and piece tobacco is different, the packaging case weightlessness is less. [ Conclusion] The study can provide a reference basis for solving contradiction caused by piece tobacco weightlessness.
