摘　　要：[目的]建立了降血压保健食品中7种违禁添加成分的高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用（HPLC-ESI/MS）测定方法.[方法]采用Spherigel C18反相色谱法,以0.02 mol/L甲酸铵缓冲盐（pH =3.2）-乙腈-甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱,质谱定性定量测定保健食品中的7种违禁药物.[结果]在该条件下,以华法林钠为内标,ESI-模式下的最低检出限为0.01 ～0.05 mg/L,回收率为80.89％ ～ 109.05％.[结论]该方法样品处理简单,结果准确,重现性好,灵敏度高且适应范围广,可用于降血压类药物及保健食品中违禁成分的检测.Abstract [ Objective ] A method was developed for qualitative and quantitative detection of 7 illegal synthetic drugs in antihypertensive dietary supplements by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization/mass spectrometry （HPLC ~ -ESI/MS）. [ Method ] The quality and quantity of the mass spectrum were detected via applying Spherigel C ~s reverse phase colour spectrum method and taking 0.02 mol / L ammo- nium formate buffered solution （pH = 3.2） -acetonitrile-methanol as mobile phase to elute away graded. [ Result] The lowest detection limit under ESI - model was in the range of 0.01 -0.05 mg/L and the recovery rate was 80.89% - 109.05% by using warfarin sodium as the intenml standard. [ Conclusion] This method was simple, accurate, reproducible, sensitive in treating the sample, so it can be widely used in the detec- tion of illegal synthetic drugs in antihypertensive medicals and the dietary supplements.
