两种不同仪器的血氨检测结果的可比性评价

摘　　要：目的分析Pocket Chem BA血氨测定仪与Vitros 350干化学分析仪血氨测定结果的可比性,为两种不同测定系统检测结果的一致性提供依据。方法以Pocket Chem BA血氨测定仪为实验方法;以Vitros 350干化学分析仪为比较方法,使用病人新鲜全血及血浆进行测定,判断两种检测方法测定血氨结果的可比性。结果两种仪器测定的结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相关分析结果显示两种仪器测定的结果显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 Pocket Chem BA血氨测定仪与Vitros 350干化学分析仪血氨检测结果具有高度的一致性和可比性,Pocket Chem BA血氨测定仪便携,快捷,适用急诊及床旁监测,可以保证血氨检验结果的准确。Objective To analyze the comparability of the results of blood ammonia detection which was obtained by Pocket Chem BA blood ammonia analyzer and Vitros 350 chemistry analyzer, in order to further demonstrate the consistence of the two different test systems＇results. Methods The Pocket Chem BA blood ammonia analyzer was used as the laboratory method. The Vitros 350 chemistry analyzer was used as the comparison method. Results The diversity of two test results from the two analyzers was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. However, the analyzing results indicated that there was significant correlation between the two results （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is a high degree of consistency and comparability between the Pocket Chem BA blood ammonia analyzer and Vitros 350 chemistry analyzer. Due to its portable and quicker feature, Pocket Chem BA blood ammonia analyzer could apply in emergency medicine and intensive care unit testing, with the guarantee of accuracy of the test results.
