摘  要:为制备链锁形超细碳酸钙 ,以硫酸为晶形控制剂 ,使其与 Ca( OH) 2 悬浮液进行反应 ,反应最佳工艺条件是 :硫酸与氧化钙的摩尔比为 0 .0 2~ 0 .0 2 2 ,w( Ca( OH) 2 ) =1 1 %,碳化温度 1 5~ 2 0℃ ,φ( CO2 ) =2 0 %~ 2 5%,空塔气速 1 .2~ 1 .4cm/s。可得到粒径为 35nm,长径比大于 1 0 ,粒度分布窄的链锁形超细 Ca CO3 。该法生产过程体系粘度变化不大 ,易于操作控制。Using sulfuric acid as the crystalform controlling agent, it mixed homogeneously with Ca(OH) 2 suspension in the reactor, then the CO 2 is passed into the reactor for batch carbonation ,finally the ultrafine chained CaCO 3 particle is obtained.The optimum conditions are as follows: H 2SO 4, 0.02 mol H 2SO 4 / 1 mol CaO; the concentration of the Ca(OH) 2 suspension is 11%; the carbonation temperature is 15~25℃; the cocentration of CO 2 is 20%~25%; the gas velocity of opening tower is 1 2~1 4 cm/s. Through this way the particle is got, in which the average diameter is thirty five nm, the ratio of length to diameter is more ten and size distribution is narrow. The viscosity of the system varies little in the process. This method is simple and easy to carry out.
