环乳晕切口与传统切口手术治疗男性乳房发育症的比较研究

摘　　要：目的观察环乳晕切口与传统切口治疗男性乳房发育症临床疗效,探讨合理的手术治疗方法。方法 29例男性乳房发育症患者中,22例采用环乳晕切口切除术,7例采用传统手术方法(即开放式切除术),观察两组的临床疗效。结果采用环乳晕切口切除术的患者乳房外形正常,两侧对称,表面较平坦,乳头与乳晕均正常,疤痕愈合较好,无明显增生情况。采用开放式切除术的患者乳房外观正常,其中有2例患者双侧乳房略显不对称,疤痕愈合较好,仅有1例患者出现瘢痕增生的情况。两组患者手术结果均能够令人满意。结论环乳晕小切口切除男性乳腺操作简单易行,手术疗效可靠,术后并发症较少。对适应症患者,可以用环乳晕小切口切除男性乳腺代替传统开放式手术。Objective To discuss the reasonable treatment of gynaecomastia by comparing circum - areola incision and conventional incision and their effects. Methods Twenty - nine cases were treated respectively by the resection through cireum - areola incision （22 cases） and open resection （7 cases）. Results The patients received circum - areola incision obtained normal breast shape, bilaterally symmetrical, relatively flat surface of the nipple and normal areola; no obvious hyperplasia was observed. The patients with conventional open incision had normal breast appearance, including 2 patients with bilateral breast slightly asymmetric ; hypertrophic scar was observed in 1 patient. Patients in both groups were able to get satisfactory surgical results. Conclusion Circum - areola incision is a simple, effective and reliable operation with fewer complications. Patients on conditions may use circum - areola incision instead of conventional open incision.
