颞浅动脉顶支岛状皮瓣在发际缘缺损中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨颞浅动脉顶支带蒂岛状皮瓣在修复发际缘缺损中的应用效果。方法：采用颞浅动脉顶支带蒂岛状皮瓣修复发际缘缺损23例，观察其修复效果，并在此过程中充分做好术前护理、心理护理，术后做好伤口护理等护理工作。结果：所有23例患者带蒂岛状皮瓣均完全成活。术后随访6～12个月，修复的发际线形态协调、对称，外形良好，发际线区域皮肤感觉功能恢复良好。头顶部供区创面愈合良好，无明显并发症的发生。结论：应用颞浅动脉顶支带蒂岛状皮瓣修复发际缘缺损，方法简便，切口隐蔽，修复后外观效果好，是一种修复发际缘缺损较理想的方法。同时良好的围手术期护理是保证手术成功的关键措施之一。Objective:To investigate the application of the island flap of superficial temporal artery top branches in the hairline defects.Methods:23 cases with hairline defects were treated with the top branches of superficial temporal artery island flap,and were observed about the repairing effect. In this process good preoperative care,psychological care,and wound care nursing were emphasized. Results:The pedicle island flaps were survived completely in 23 patients,the repaired hairline's form was coordinated and symmetrical,and the function of hairline skin area was recovered well after a follow-up for 6-12 months.The flap donor areas healed well with no obvious complications. Conclusion:Repairing the hairline defects with the island flap of superficial temporal artery top branches is an effective and simply-executed method with concealed incision and satisfactory appearance.At the same time,good care of perioperative period is one of the key measures to ensure the success of the operation.
