偶氮胂Ⅲ光度法测定水中钙镁

摘　　要：基于 Ca2 + 、Mg2 -与偶氮胂 的络合作用 ,建立了二者的光度测定方法。Ca2 + 、Mg2 +分别在 0～ 1 .2 mg/L、0～ 0 .64mg/L范围内服从比尔定律 ,已用于清洁水样中 Ca2 +、Mg2 +的测定。Acoording to the complex reaction between ca 2+ ( Mg 2+ ) and Arsenazo Ⅲ ,the Spectrophotometric determination of ca 2+ 、Mg 2 + was described. The Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-1.2mg/L for ca 2+ and 0-0.64mg/L for Mg 2+ .The method bas been used to determination of ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in the cleaner water.
