摘 要:目的探讨CD4+CD25high调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25highTreg)在类风湿性关节炎(RA)发病机制中的作用。方法采用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测42例RA患者及23例健康对照组外周血CD4+CD25highTreg的数量。结果 RA患者组及对照组外周血CD4+CD25highTreg的表达为(2.69±1.85)%和(3.83±0.89)%,RA患者组CD4+CD25highTreg的表达低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论 RA组患者CD4+CD25highTreg表达下降。Objective To investigate the role of CD4+CD25high regulatory T cells (CD4+CD25high Treg) in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Forty-two cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 23 healthy controls were selected to detect the number of peripheral blood CD4+CD25high Treg by flow cytometry (FCM). Results The CD25high expressions in peripheral blood CD4+ lymphocyte of RA patients and control groups were (2.69±1.85) % and (3.83±0.89) %, respectively. The expression of CD4+CD25high Treg in patients with rheumatoid arthritis was significantly lower than that of healthy cases(P 〈 0.01). Conclusions The expression ofCD4+CD25high Treg of rheumatoid arthritis patients decreased.
