摘　　要：技术扩散是促进产业升级、经济增长和优化资源配置的重要手段,许多研究者对此进行了深入研究。文章对扩散过程进行了综述,分析了扩散过程与网络结构的关系,以及扩散过程中的影响因素;总结了扩散机制,并重点评述了扩散的动力机制和激励机制;从宏观扩散模型、微观扩散模型和基于复杂网络的扩散模型三个方面对扩散模型进行综述,对当前技术扩散研究现状进行了评述以及今后的研究方向进行了展望。Technology diffusion is an important measure for promoting industrial upgrading, improving economy and optimizing allocation of resources, which has been studied by many scholars. This paper reviews the relative studies about the process of technology diffusion, analyzes the relations between the diffusion process and network structure and the influencing factors in the diffusion process; summarizes the mechanism of technology diffusion, which puts attention on dynamic mechanism and motivation mechanism;makes a systematic analysis to the diffusion models from three aspects including macro diffusion model, micro diffusion model and based on the complex network diffusion model. And then, the current research status of technology diffusion is reviewed and the future research direction is discussed.
