摘　　要：传统学术期刊烦琐的出版流程造成的内容建设时效性差的问题已经严重的影响了学术交流的效率。为了保证学术成果的创新性、原创性、首发性,高校图书馆可以充分开发利用机构典藏平台,提高学术科研成果传播的时效性,为作者的学术科研成果得以及时确认、传播及应用提供可靠保证;为读者提供更加准确、快捷的信息。The cumbersome publishing process of traditional academic journals has caused the lack of timeliness which has seriously affected the efficiency of academic exchanges.In order to ensure the innovation,originality and first episode of academic papers,university libraries should fully exploit the institutional repository to enhance the transmission of research results timely. It can provide readers more accurate and efficient information.
