摘　　要：软件服务外包产业是一种知识密集型产业,在美国、印度等国已广泛、深入和积极地影响着其产业结构。本文首先介绍了软件服务外包发展背景及其特征;接着对软件服务外包进行了分类;然后对主要的软件服务外包发包国、承接国进行了概要论述;最后探讨了软件服务外包发展趋势以及产业背景下的应用型本科高校人才培养问题。Software outsourcing industry is knowledge-intensive, and already have an extensive, in-depth and positive impact on its industrial structure, in the US, India and other countries. This paper firstly introduced the de- velopment background and characteristics of software outsourcing ; Secondly, the paper covered the classification of software outsourcing; Then the main software outsourcing contracting States undertake country were discussed in outline;Finally, we discussed the development trend of software outsourcing services and the cultivation of ap- plied undergraduate talents under the industry background.
