摘　　要：本文介绍一种通用数据传输服务的设计与实现,重点描述数据传输分类、数据报文结构、短报文传输、长报文传输和文件传输,通过文字、流程图等表现方式,详细介绍相关数据报文结构及传输方法,供相关设计开发人员参考。TThis paper introduces the design and implementation of a universal data transmission services, which focusing on the description of classification data transmission, the data packet structure,the short message transmission, long message transmission and file transfer. This paper introduction related data structure and mes- sage transmission method in detail ,by using words, flow chart form or other manifestation mode. This article pro- vided to the relevant design and development staff, as a reference.
