高千伏与DR摄片诊断183例尘肺的对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比高千伏(HKV)和DR摄片诊断和检出尘肺结果。方法对183例尘肺患者分别使用HKV和DR进行检查与诊断,对两组进行比较分析。结果两组尘肺总检出率经卡方值检验,χ2=0.127,P=0.721>0.05,Ⅰ期检出率χ2=0.193,P=0.661>0.05,Ⅱ期检出率χ2=1.880,P=0.170>0.05,Ⅲ期检出率χ2=0.232,P=0.630>0.05,均无统计学意义。结论 HKV片和DR诊断结果无显著差异,且都具高检出率特点,临床可广泛应用数字化DR摄片,并作为诊断尘肺的主要筛查手段。Objective To compare HKV radiography（HKV） and DR radiography in the diagnosis of silicosis and de tected results.Methods In 183 cases of pneumoconiosis patients respectively using HKV radiography and DR for inspection and diagnosis,comparative analysis to two groups.Results Two groups of the total detection rate chi-square value was 0.127,P = 0.7210.05;Stage Ⅰ detection chi-square value was 0.193,P = 0.6610.05;Stage Ⅱ detection chi-square value was 1.880,P = 0.1700.05.Stage Ⅲ detection chi-square value was 0.232,P = 0.6300.05,there were no statistical significance.Conclusion HKV radiography and DR diagnosis results have no significant difference,and have the high detection rate,clinical can be widely used DR digital radiography,and as the main screening of diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.
