手术器械在消毒供应中心的管理研究

摘　　要：目的研究手术器械在消毒供应中心(CSSD)集中管理的流程及管理方法。方法 CSSD从外部环境、设备配置、管理流程、工作人员技术培训、消毒质量检测等方面对手术器械进行集中管理并评价效果。结果我院自2008年10～2012年10月采用集中管理模式后,手术切口感染率情况逐年降低;手术器械无菌检验合格率较集中管理前的88.6%明显升至100.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);显著提升CSSD的工作效率;节约工作人员的工作时间;有效地防控院内感染发生率。结论采用手术器械在CSSD集中管理的方法,能提高手术器械清洗、包装、消毒灭菌的质量,提升工作效率,有效控制院内感染发生,值得在临床工作中加以推广。Objective To study the surgical instruments in the central sterile supply department（CSSD）centralized management processes and management methods.Methods Central sterile supply from the external environment,device configuration,management processes,staff training,quality of disinfection testing and other aspects of centralized management and evaluated the effect of surgical instruments.Results In our hospital from 2008 October to October 2012 used the centralized management mode,surgical wound infection rate decreased year by year;surgical instruments sterile test pass rate compared with 88.6% before the centralized management significantly increased to 100%,the difference was statistically significance（P0.05）;saving staff time,effective prevention and control of nosocomial infection rate.Conclusion The surgical instruments in the central sterile supply centrally managed,can improve surgical instruments,cleaning,packaging,sterilization quality,improve work efficiency,effective control of nosocomial infection,it is worth be promoted in clinical work.
