摘　　要：用x ray衍射技术分析二元混合物 (Al2 O3/TiO2 )等离子喷雾热解陶瓷超微粒、陶瓷超微粒子薄膜、陶瓷/合金界面的结构演化机理 .Compound maeterials with the ceramic ultrafine particles and the nanocrystal ceramic films dopanted on the metal substrate, which have been prepared by means of high frequency induetirely coupled plasma, are investigated by using X ray diffraction. The evolution mechanism for the structure of ceramic ultrafine particles and the structure of interface between nanocrystal ceramic films and metal substrate was researched by the X ray technique.
