120例胫骨平台Ⅵ型骨折应用微创双钢板治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析胫骨平台Ⅵ型骨折应用微创双钢板手术治疗的临床效果。方法本院收治胫骨平台Ⅵ型骨折患者120例,将其分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。观察组采用微创双钢板治疗,对照组采用常规手术治疗,对两组患者的术前、术后影像学资料等进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的临床手术有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为91.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后各项临床指标均优于对照组,对照组并发症发生率为25.00%,观察组为5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用微创双钢板手术方法治疗胫骨平台Ⅵ型骨折,可有效改善患者的症状和体征,降低患者术后并发症发生率,效果令人满意,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of minimally invasive two-plate in the treatment of tibial plateau VI-shaped fracture. Methods 120 patients with tibial plateau VI-shaped fracture admitted into our hospital were evenly divided into observation group （n=60） and control group （n=60） in random.In the observation group,patients were treated by minimally invasive two-plate therapy,while in the control group,the conventional surgery treatment was provided.The imaging data before and after surgery were comparatively analyzed in both groups. Results The effective rate of clinical surgery in the observation group reached up to 96.67%,while in the control group was 91.67%,there was no statistically significant difference （P〉O.05）.The clinical indicators after surgery in the observation group were all superior to those in the control group.The incidence of complication in the observation group was 5%,whereas in the control group up to 25.00%, which showed a statistical difference in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of minimally invasive two-plate in the ~reatment of tibial plateau VI-shaped fracture can effectively improve the symp- toms and signs,decrease the postoperative complication incidence,and obtain a favorable effect,which is worthy of ex- tension in clinic.
