脉血康胶囊治疗过敏性紫癜的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察脉血康胶囊口服治疗过敏性紫癜(HSP)患者的效果。方法将120例HSP患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,两组均以抗组胺药物、葡萄糖酸钙、维生素C等治疗,2周为1个疗程,治疗组加用脉血康胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及副作用等临床指标。结果治疗组痊愈率、总有效率分别为70%、95%,显著高于对照组的48%、70%(P<0.05)。结论脉血康胶囊能有效缓解HSP症状。Objective To observe the curative effect of maixuekang capsule in the treatment of patients with Henoch- Schonlein purpura （HSP）.Methods 120 patients with HSP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.Both two groups received antihistamines,calcium supplements,Vitamin C,2 weeks for a course.The treatment group also received maixuekang capsule.Curafive effect and side effects of two groups were compared.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group was 70% and 95%,the control group was 48% and 70%.The treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Maixuekang capsule might relieve the symptoms of HSP effectively.
