九江地区三级医院循证护理的现状调查

摘　　要：目的探讨护理人员对循证护理的认知情况及循证护理实践的障碍因素。方法采用自设问卷调查法随机调查九江地区4所三级医院602名护理人员对循证护理的认知和态度,开展循证护理的困难等。结果护理人员对循证护理认知存在不足;不同学历、职称的护理人员对循证护理认知的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对开展循证护理态度的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论开展循证护理的关键在于更新观念,加强在职培训,在此基础上提高护理人员循证护理的技能,营造工作氛围。objective To investigate the cognitive situation of evidence-based nursing for nurses and practical obstacle factors of evidence-based nursing. Methods Knowledge and attitude of evidence-based nursing in 602 nurses from the four three-grade hospitals and the difficulties in carrying out evidence-based nursing ere was surveyed by self-de- signed questionnaire. Results The knowledge of evidence-based nursing had shortcomings in nurses,there was a sta- tistical difference among the nurses of different degrees and titles （P〈0.01）,it had no statistical difference in attitude of carrying out evidence-based nursing （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Update the concept and strengthen on-the-job training are the key to carry out evidence-based nursing in order to improve nurses＇, skill of evidence-based nursing and create working environment.
