摘  要:目的探讨潍坊市公立医院医生职业倦怠的关键影响因素。方法按照分层随机抽样的原则,抽取潍坊市26所公立医院的652名医生,采用课题组编制的医生职业倦怠量表进行调查。首先采用因子分析法萃取因素,然后进行因素重要性推导。结果工作要求和社会资源是影响医生职业倦怠的关键因素。结论卫生管理部门在采取缓解医生职业倦怠的措施时,应适当向工作要求和社会资源方面倾斜。Objective To investigate the key influence factors of occupation burnout of doctors' in governmental hospi- tals in Weifang city. Methods 652 doctors in 26 governmental hospitals of Weifang city were extracted according to the principle of stratified random sampling and doctors were investigated using physicians' occupation burnout scale drawed up by research group.Firstly, factor analysis was used to extract factors,then the importance of factors is de- rived. Results Job requirements and social resources is the key factor to affect the occupation burnout of doctor. Con- clusion The measures of relieving occupation burnout were conducted by health authorities,it should inclined towards the job requirements and social resources tilt.
