低温等离子刀射频消融治疗早期声门型喉癌的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨低温等离子刀射频消融治疗早期声门型喉癌的临床效果.方法 选取2010年6月～2012年8月在本院接受治疗的38例早期声门型喉癌患者,分为对照组20例与治疗组18例,对照组采用单纯手术治疗,治疗组采用低温等离子刀射频消融术治疗,治疗6个月后比较两组的疗效.结果 随访半年,治疗组的局部控制率为83.3％,明显高于对照组的55.0％ （P＜0.05）.结论 采用低温等离子刀射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌疗效显著,具有简便、快捷、副作用小的特点,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-temperature plasma knife radiofrequency ablation in treatment of early glottic laryngocarcinoma. Methods 38 patients with early glottic laryngocarcinoma were divided into the control group （n=20） and the treatment group （n=18） in our hospital from June 2010 to August 2012.The control group was treated with surgery alone while the treatment group was given low-temperature plasma knife radiofrequency ablation.The curative effect was compared after 2 months of treatment between the two groups. Results Patients were followed up for half a year, local control rate of the treatment group （83.3%） was significantly higher than that （55.0%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect is significant treating early glottic laryngocarcinomawere with the low-temperature plasma knife radiofrequency ablation,and it has the advantages of simple,fast with fewer side effects.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
