摘　　要：广东省中医骨伤科名家苏培基教授在从事中医骨伤科临床工作的30余年里,坚持"循本溯源,衷中参西"的原则,博采众家之长,大胆创新,形成了独特的学术思想体系和诊疗特色。文章在其完整的学术思想体系里撷英,简要介绍其别具一格的正骨手法,治疗骨伤疾病辨证用药、内外兼治的诊疗特色及其在对传统中医骨伤科学的继承和创新中所取得的丰硕成果。The famous professor SU Pei-ji in department of orthopaedic and traumatolog of traditional Chinese （TCM） medicine in Guangdong Province has been working for orthopaedic and traumatology of TCM for over 30 years,he always sticks the principle of ＂trace to its source,keening on TCM and consulting western medicine＂,adopts advantages from others,innovates bravely then developed the special academic thoughts system and the diagnostic and therapeutic characteristic.Professor Su＇s complete academic thoughts was highlighted in this article,including the unique style of bone setting manipulation,the diagnostic and therapeutic characteristic of treating bone disease with drugs of syndrome differentiation and treatment of internal and external and fruitful achievements in the inheritance and innovation of orthopaedic and traumatology of traditional TCM.
