摘  要:目的 了解呼和浩特地区手足口病的流行状况与病原体动态分布变化,分析本市手足口病的流行特征与防控对策,以进一步优化监测方案.方法 分析呼市2011~2012年手足口病临床诊断病例的报告资料,收集呼市地区2012年报告的手足口样病例560例,提取RNA,Real-time PCR进行核酸检测分型.结果 手足口病全年均有发病,病原体分型以EV71和CA16为主;该病主要流行于5~7月,且发病人群主要集中于5岁以下儿童,其中2~5岁儿童发病最多;男性阳性病例略多于女性;重症病例中由EV71引起的病例较多.结论 本市全年均出现不同程度的手足口病流行,病原体分型以EV71及CA16为主,夏秋季为该病高发期,应重点加强对全市幼托机构的手足口病的防控,确诊为EV71引起的手足口病患儿,应重点观察,加强防护.Objective To learn about the epidemic status and the distribution of pathogenic dynamic changes of hand- food-mouth disease in Hohhot City, find the epidemic characters of hand-food-mouth disease and the prevention and control program, in order to improve monitoring program. Methods 560 patients with hand-food-mouth disease were selected from 2011 to 2012 in Hohhot City, RNA of these patients were extracted and genotype were measured by Re- al-time PCR. Results The results showed that hand-food-mouth disease happened in all seasons, and the main geno- types of hand-food-mouth disease were EV71 and CA16. Hand-food-mouth disease happened mostly from April to July and most in children under 5 year old, especially from 2 to 5 years old. The incidence of male children was little higher than that of female children. The main genotype of hand-tbod-mouth disease in severe cases was EV71 .Con- clusion Hand-food-mouth disease happens with different incidence in different seasons. The main genotypes of hand- food-mouth disease are EV71 and CA16. High-incidence season of hand-food-mouth disease is summer. The preven- tion and control program of hand-food-mouth disease should be made in all preschools of the city, and the EV71 genotype of hand-food-mouth disease should be carefully monitored and intensively protected.
