摘　　要：以“3S”技术为支撑，以省市县三级政务专网为平台，就研究区内的矿产资源联动管理系统建设的背景、思路、功能实现等进行了分析，目的为矿产资源的全域性统筹管理、实时跟踪监控提供探索性研究。With the support of ＂3S＂ technology, and with the platform of and County） private networks, the background, ideas, function realization, benefits 3 level （Province, City of the mineral resources prospecting and exploitation linkage management system in the study area are analyzed in the paper. To provide comprehensive management and exploratory study for the whole area＇ s mineral resources and real-time track monitoring.
